RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your traineo RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your traineo page each time they want an update.

Ok. I am still alive. I have been walking at least 30 minutes every day. I am not eating as much as I was. Hopefully I am losing weight. I have not weighed yet this week. I will in the morning.

Thanks for all that advice. That is great. I hope I can lose more. I have good motivators to keep me on track. I really have to start keeping track now since the walk across Kansas starts tomorrow.

Hi Tammy. I see you already lost weight in one day...I don't know how much but that line seems very steep to me...so that's a good sign. You need to at least 20 minutes of exercise before you really start loosing fat...don't starve yourself because your body will go in saving fat mode...in stead eat more frequent little portions. A little advice, eat maybe 20 peanuts 1/2 hour before eating...it will tell you stomach that you already ate something and that you're not so hungry, this way you shouldn't eat too much at the table. Get plates that are a little smaller than the one you've been using...you obviously won't put as much on it and don't go for seconds. If you need to snack in between meals, take fruits and drink a lot of water. If you gonna cheat, just take 1/4 of the portion you would have taken before and keep your goal small... you can give yourself a big goal, but in between, make mini goals of maybe 10 pounds by a certain time...and when you get it, go treat yourself to something really good (something you like to do, or eat at a fancy restaurant for one meal, or get yourself a new outfit). That discourages me less than having that big goal to reach. I wish you good luck and I guess I'll see you tomorrow.
